How to use a Pendulum effectively for mind clarity and body balance

The more I worked in Hypnosis the more in tune I became with other energies. Pendulums are a great tool to seek out invisible energies. This connects people to higher energies spiritually and can help locate any blocks in energy.

I have worked with Pendulums for over 10 years, first introduced to them while working as a Hypnotherapist Pendulums are a great tool to receive confirmation from children as their subconscious, unlike their conscious mind, could not lie. Children were not intentionally fibbing; they just did not like to think that they could be in trouble should they tell the truth about a situation. If a child had been abused, it was highly unlikely they would tell. However, using a pendulum, unbeknown to the child you could understand what was truly going on. When the pendulum was suspended from a stationary position, a pendulum will swing back and forth or in a circular motion. This is a typical movement and often misconstrued as being something more, rather than that your mind working it.

Ok, this is getting airy-fairy right! So here is the science. We are surrounded by energy. Moving energy is known as kinetic energy. Kinetic energy is a property of a moving object or particle and depends not only on its motion but also on its mass. Scientists believe that almost all your body’s mass is energy, the movement of the body is from kinetic energy. This leads us on to the mind and body balance.

If there are certain fears and emotions we are holding on to, we experience physical restrictions.  If you have achiness or stiffness, or certain reoccurring emotions and fears, you may find out that your energy is blocked. This is often seen by swelling, redness or stiffness of the body.

The energy in our body is like a wheel spinning from our feet to the top of our heads.

In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centres in your body. These wheels of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs.

Psychologically, it is said that imbalances in the chakras may cause an emotional imbalance.

This may lead to increased anger, sadness, fear, or indecisiveness.

This is where the use of a pendulum can work.

A pendulum will move to your energy and will identify blockages by the way it moves.

The way to use a pendulum is to first.

Define the Directional Swings: Assign each directional swing a “response” by first asking the pendulum to show you what certain responses look like. For example, start by asking, “What does a NO look like?” and subsequently, “What does a YES look like?” Posing these questions to your pendulum will help define directional swings. This allows you to understand the way your energy is working.

It is common for the pendulum to respond as follows.

  • Vertical swing signifies NO
  • Horizontal swing signifies YES
  • Circular movement signifies NEUTRAL

You can use this by running a pendulum over your body and watching the different movements which will indicate blockages.

To use your pendulum for Spiritual work is quite different but the same. Confused?

For spiritual work, the pendulum will work quite differently as you are now connecting to another energy. The energy of the guides. To learn how to do this you need to be one with the energy.

How do you know if you are connecting to higher energy (Spirit)?

The pendulum will move on its own free will. That energy sets the Yes and No confirmations.

Learn the difference and you will learn so much about your energy.
