Transform your psyche, your journal to self-discovery

We are born with a blueprint, a plan, a destiny of what our purpose is or the reason we are here on this earth. It is what we learn and how we use it that makes the journey easy or difficult. The best way to understand our journey is to have an awareness. We do have lessons to learn and we can define these lessons by the events that occur in our life.
Seeds are planted early in life, even past life, dictating what your learnings will be.  This is predestined. It is not until you get to a place in your life that you begin to truly understand your purpose in life and then work within that for the better purpose of you and the people you meet along the way.
For example, if you were brought up with conflict, and this continued throughout your life, you will attract conflict, no matter what you do. You can pretty much say that conflict, or learning how to respond to it is one of your lessons in life.
If you have always struggled with money, again this is your life lesson. If you have addictions, whether food, drugs, alcohol or cigarettes, again this is your life lesson. During your life you meet people, and for no real reason, you either warm to them or you dislike them intensely. Or you just want to fix them. Again a life lesson.
Awareness means change. Once you realise your cycles you can cut those threads and move on. Brigid’s book Transform your Psyche, your journal to self-discovery is simply written to explain why we feel and react the way we do. It comes with a journal so you can identify your threads and cut them. Why not live a life with wings and create new possibilities.

Under the Veil

Under the Veil takes the reader on a personal journey into Mediumship.  We follow Brigid as she shares the parallels learnt from her Catholic upbringing to her development as an International Medium.
This is a true story about a sceptic who ‘fell’ into Mediumship.
This little book is the story of a woman, who later in life, discovers that she has the ability to connect with people who have passed.  Through her own scepticism and humour, you will delight at the natural way Brigid explains what Mediumship is, even though she still claims to be a sceptic today.
Not only does Under the Veil take you on a journey of discovering Mediumship it also shares with you the tools to experience it yourself.

 (excerpt of Under the Veil)

I started school at the age of five, where most of the teachers were nuns.
I loved the Nuns when I was going to school. The mystery behind the veil I guess. I was fortunate to go to school at a time when the Nuns were very formal and the hype and ceremony around going to church, to me, was magical.
I never understood Catholicism, I was not interested enough to really ask the questions.
Religion to me was escapism.  We learnt about angels, and saints, and were told mystical stories.  Were they true?  I never thought about that; I just enjoyed the whole magical process.  I never actually questioned if what I was told was true or false. It gave me something to believe in and somewhere to go when life got too difficult.

Brigid left, Sister Mary Leo, and her friend Carol. (Note: Sister Mary Leo taught Kiri Te Kanawa singing, now a famous Opera Singer, she taught me, and said I was hopeless!)

I am so excited to bring 44 Days to Transformation to you. This book is the little sister to Transform your Psyche, your journal to self-discovery which was written in 2005 after I identified that we have threads that can block us from being our authentic selves.

There comes a time in your life when you must face the past head-on and close that chapter of your life so that you can heal and move on.

Used daily this book allows you to achieve a greater sense of self-awareness as you work through problems that occur in your life. You will gain tools to cope with life’s curveballs

Each page represents a day. Each day there is a motivational image and story to set you up for the day. This is for 44 days, as it takes 44 days to break a habit

Let’s be honest, we now live in a PC world, and everything is sugar-coated to protect one’s feelings or protect one’s job. Let’s tell it like it is! I’ll Say This with Love and Light tells it like it is no more coddling, feel-good advice for the sensitive who do not want to know the truth. Brigid Curran asks you to embrace your flaws and your self-produced limits and step out into so-called society with your head held high. Ignore the stupidity around you and stop trying to fix those around you. You will find the courage to step into your power and be able to express yourself with love and light! A much-needed antidote, real stories, honest conversations, and a refreshing look at yourself and the permission to say what you want as you say it with love and light.

Written with humour, fun facts, and anecdotal observations on how to reclaim your power and let everyone else sort their own crap out! With love and light, of course.

I loved reading your book. Loads of humour and I liked how after a lot of the chapters you’ve ended it with ‘with love and light” lol
And there were many valid points that resonated with me throughout the book. And dare I say the occasional bit of sarcasm..
An enjoyable read for sure. Sorry it’s taken soo bloody long! I say that with love and light. Of course xx
